It’s the season of giving thanks! Take a peek at all the wonderful things to do and find out how you can give back to our local community this month.



Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 5th are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our Accounts Manager at [email protected] or 716-748-8701. 



Refer a friend to live at our community and receive a $200 rent credit after they move in! Contact our office for additional information.


In observance of Thanksgiving, the office will be closed on Thursday, November 25. We will have limited hours on Friday, November 26, from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Hearts for Homeless Clothing Drive

Help make a difference and give back to our local community! We’re accepting clothing donations to support the Hearts for Homeless of Western New York organization throughout the month of November. All contributions can be dropped off at the bin located near the fitness center.



Monday, Nov 1 to Monday, Nov 8 

Rock Out Hunger Food Drive

Join us in supporting the 16th Annual Rock Out Hunger Food Drive, to help those in need. Please drop off donations in the bin outside the office before 1 PM on Monday, November 8. Rock Out Hunger accepts non-perishable and perishable items such as:

  • Shelf-stable proteins (canned tuna fish, canned chicken, peanut butter)
  • Low sodium canned vegetables
  • Low sugar canned fruit
  • Whole wheat pasta and rice



Beyond Van Gogh

Monday, Nov 1 to Tuesday, Nov 30

Purchase your tickets to witness a three-dimensional world that exhilarates the senses. The highly sought-after art experience “Beyond Van Gogh: An Immersive Experience” can be seen at the Starry Night Pavilion in Eastern Hills Mall.


YMCA Turkey Trot

Thursday, Nov 25 from 9 AM – 11:30 AM

Participate in the annual YMCA Turkey Trot run! The 8K course will begin at Delaware Avenue in North Buffalo and will end downtown near the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Runners of all ages and abilities are welcomed! All proceeds raised will support YMCA Buffalo Niagara programs that empower youth, improve community health, and ensure access for all.


Fall Makers & Shakers: Boozy Artisan Market

Friday, Nov 26 to Saturday, Nov 27

The best annual shopping event of the year is back! This year, the market will take place over two days to give shoppers more time to support Buffalo’s best artisans, vendors, and booze-makers.
