Maintenance has been called a few times for very minor issues but that didn’t stop Kyle for his quick response every time He is very professional and gets things fixed for you right away The office staff is very friendly and helps with any concerns you have as well. One of my favorite things about living here is that it’s pet friendly My huskies love to lay in front of our sliding glass door and spy on all the neighbors. Only downfall is my noisy upstairs neighbors but it’s apartment living and that’s pretty much expected anywhere you go Thanks Colonie apartments and their employees for making our time here feel like home

submitted by Ashley H. - |Recommended: YesI love the property just wish the gym was open. — It's a great spot but they charge for amenities that cannot provide and do not readjust the rent based on what they can provide at the time. I mainly talking about the gym because it was closed all throughout quarantine which is valid but rent should have been deducted to compensate for this inconvenience. Otherwise, its a nice, safe area to live in. Though, I do not plan on staying here after my lease is up.

There is a very small annual $50 amenity fee for the fitness center, pool, tennis court, storage unit and parking (averaging $10/per amenity per year). You are not paying increased rent due to the amenities. As you know, we were required per CDC guidelines to close the fitness center due to Covid 19. The health and safety of our guests are of the highest priority.

There are worse neighborhoods with no amenities and failing school districts, with the same price range.

submitted by Sophia M. - |Recommended: YesSpacious, respectful neighbors, and good location. — It's a pretty quiet community with a lot of space and the grounds are kept clean. There a lot of parking and lots of garbage and recycling bins around which is great for convenience.

We chose a neutral beige color for the walls but you can paint the walls any color you would like!
