Kitchen appliances are great but the quality of the cabinets and flooring not so great. The walls are thin too.. I can hear the neighbors playing with their cats. However, I love the management and ecspecially the maintenance workers. They always arrive earlier than expected, they’re kind and get the job done which is great.

For the monthly cost, there are some cosmetic issues that should be taken care of and the maintenance staff could be more mindful of their job work at times it seems they rush through it just to get it done . The property is beautiful, but there could be better cleanliness with regard to garbage debris in the front yards and back yards. Overall, I am very happy being here, but I do wish some things were better addressed. The administrative staff are outstanding in their customer care and service, they are the reason I have stayed and felt so welcomed.

We are sorry there were a few minor cosmetic issues that were not fully completed when you moved in as the maintenance team was transitioning to new leadership. However, we fixed the issues right away and we are happy to report that under the new maintenance supervisor's leadership there has been a great improvement in quality! You reported some trash that was caught in the wind yesterday around your building. In a short time after your email we took care of the trash. We check the property daily and do clean ups daily...we just cant be doing it all day long. Thank you for alerting us yesterday. We are available for anything you may need in the future. We are so happy you have joined us at Colonie Apartments.
