I never hear my neighbors, and most of the time it feels like we live alone because there’s no noise. Enjoy living here

From management to maintenance, I have no complaints. Will recommend to anyone and will try to help out with reviews going forward even though I won't be around. The walls are pretty thick so you cant hear your neighbors next door, but like any apartment...if the upstairs neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, there isn't to much you can do. I can confidently say any grievances or issues I have had have been addressed quickly and professionally. Thank you guys for helping make my last 6 months in Buffalo that much easier.

The grounds are almost always flawless, maintenance requests are taken very seriously, and the staff and neighbors are friendly. The parking lots and grounds are almost always cleared of snow in a timely fashion.
Dee who works in the office is extremely helpful. She'll literally do anything in her power to make sure that requests and concerns get answered. She deserves to be mentioned in this review.
