Delaware Park Take a stroll and enjoy nature at Delaware Park! Delaware Park is a super accessible park for all people to recreate, exercise and enjoy. Ride your bike, skate, plan a picnic, or take a long walk with friends and family! Tifft Nature Preserve Plan a visit and explore everything that Tifft Nature Preserve has to offer! At 264 acres, Tifft contains five miles of trails and boardwalks, located only three miles outside downtown Buffalo. The boardwalks and trails are free and open to the public from dawn to dusk. COMMUNITY UPDATE: As a reminder, our state-of-the-art fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. Remember to reserve your time slot! FOOD TRUCK FUN: Food Trucks are Coming to Colonie Thursday, Apr 15 – Cheesy Chick from 5 pm to 7 pm Thursday, Apr 22 – Macarollin from 5 pm to 7 pm Thursday, Apr 29 – J&L BBQ from 5 pm to 7 pm RENT REMINDER: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Donate Today! National Canned Food Month

Giving is the greatest gift! Get involved and give back to our local community this month in support of National Canned Food Month. As part of our Vie Inspired initiative, Colonie Apartments is collecting canned foods and non-perishable items that will be donated to our local food bank. Stop by the leasing office today to make a contribution. If your organization would like to get involved by making a bulk donation, please contact us at 716-748-8620. Donations will be accepted through Friday, Feb 26.
